What You Need to Know

We founded Barking On The BLVD with one principle in mind - providing an incredible shopping experience for our customers. We work hard to provide exceptional customer service and pride ourselves on never straying from our founding principles. In-store Customer Care Policy

All humans & animals will be treated with the upmost respect & love at all times. It's in our human being nature & loving heart to provide our guest nothing less than the best customer care. We are very fair but firm in respects to our policies and doing what's right by our customer base while we protect the needs of our business. 


Our Return Policy

This is a very strict policy

We will exchange/store credit purchases returned in original packaging with a receipt within 10 days of purchase. Exchange/Store Credit will be issued in the same form of tender with which the product was purchased.

Goods returned opened or without a receipt will be denied. If a Gift Card was used as a partial tender, that returned amount will be issued store credit. Final sale on all clearance items. Please remember we are a small privately owned company and most goods returned is considered a loss. 

Exceptions - (Under no circumstance can these items below be returned) 

There are some exceptions to our policy regarding returns and refunds.

These include:

All Clearance Items 

Cats: Litter Pans, Sanitary Products, Cat Trees, Crates

Dogs: Muzzles, Crates, Special Orders, Sanitary Products (Pet Diapers)


Shipping and Delivery

How We Do It

All products that need to be return cannot be done using our delivery service. This service is strictly for our customer base that lives within a 7 mile radius that makes an in-store, on the phone or online purchase.

Fees are subject to change:

FREE - Up to 7 miles

$7.99 - 7 to 12 miles

Special deliveries upon request over 12 miles.
